Collection story · Ancient
Greece is full of old patterns: spirals, meanders, discs. Our Ancient collection takes that language and puts it on a modern wrist, in silver, hematite and deep colored stone.
The idea
Ancient is about restraint. The beads are slim, the silver pieces carry the design, and the stones are chosen for depth rather than flash. Some models borrow shapes from Greek art, such as the Greek spiral and a disc inspired by the famous Phaistos Disc from Crete. They are modern pieces in an ancient mood, not copies of museum objects.
The stones
- Hematite: metallic grey with a cool shine, the base of the line. See our hematite guide.
- Onyx: deep black for contrast. Read the onyx guide.
- Lapis lazuli: royal blue, the Aegean accent. See the lapis guide.
- Tiger's eye: a warm gold-brown against the cool metals.
Who it suits
Ancient is the choice for people who like their jewelry slim and understated. It layers well with a watch, it works for men and women, and it moves easily from daily wear to something more dressed up. If you want bolder, look at MyKing or Knights.
Fit and care
Each bracelet is made to your wrist. Measure with our size guide, and keep it fresh with our care guide. Gold-plated pieces should be kept away from perfume and wiped dry after wear.
Questions people ask
Are these replicas of ancient jewelry?
No. They are modern handmade pieces inspired by Greek shapes and patterns.
What is the Phaistos Disc?
A clay disc from Crete, around 1700 BC, covered in stamped symbols. Its meaning is still debated, and our disc design is inspired by it.
Is hematite magnetic?
Natural hematite is only weakly magnetic. Strong magnetic hematite is often treated.
Is it good for stacking?
Yes. The slim beads sit well next to other bracelets.
