Shipping
Castellojewels serve customers all over world! Shipping is fulfilled by ACS Courier ,Greek Postal Services ELTA and DHL for fast delivery.
All orders are shipped the next working day. In case the product you ordered is not in stock, shipping will be fulfilled from 5 to 7 working days later . In the extreme scenario that we cannot fulfill your order on time, you will be informed. In that case, if you are not satisfied with the delivery schedule, you can cancel your order free of charge.
Returns
You have the right to return a product and/or replace them in all cases mentioned below:
a) faulty, low quality or wrong product
b) defected product
c) damaged product during transport
d) wrong product
In such cases, you own the right not to accept delivery or accept and return the product within 20 calendar days. Please note that for returns the shipping cost will be covered by you. Please use a registered & track-able shipping service and provide us the tracking number.

The product you want to replace, if it is not faulty or damaged during transport, must be returned in its initial condition without signs of use, misuse or abuse. If the process is not completed within 20 calendar days, Castellojewels cannot accept returns or replacements. Please accompany your product with the receipt received from us and the receipt from the post. You are advised to contact us by email or by phone before returning any products.
If we stock the product you want to replace it with we will send it as soon as we receive your return. Otherwise we can create a new product designed just for you!
Specifically:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately, free of charge.
- If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct one and assume all shipping costs.
- If you do not like the product received, you can change it within 20 calendar days, assuming the shipping cost. In this case, please contact us and provide the code of the new product to confirm availability.
